Assignment Q2

ERP:
Answer the following questions after viewing the video:
Which departments within the company are integrated within the Order-to-Delivery process ?
Which steps are included in the Order-to-Delivery process ?
What factors would you consider when deciding whether ERP is suitable or not for a small business ?

When customer place the order, Sales manager can see the order immediaterly.
And then copy the order to Warehouse manager for following.
Then, the warehouse manager will update the details for following asap.
After done, the system will show "Closed" file for all of colleague know that they are finish the order & delivery on time to customer. Of couse, all the staff still can following even the order shown "Closed" for after sold services. For example: sales can following about the goods qulity, warehouse can following about the shipping status, ect.
It is because when using this ERP system, it main for save more time & cost. The ERP system is for the company which want to save more time to communicate with each department for save more cost.
When i choocing use ERP or not for the small company, i will considering about the profit & depens on the effection for running this programme. If well profit & big effect after use it. I will use it on the small company.
